The Covid-19 pandemic has completely disrupted our lives and our habits. The health measures put in place to limit the spread of the virus have had a major impact on our daily lives. Wearing a mask, social distancing and barrier gestures have become essential actions to protect oneself and others. Travel restrictions, the closure of non-essential businesses and the generalization of teleworking have also contributed to changing our lifestyles. This health crisis has highlighted the importance of solidarity and mutual aid within society.
Real Madrid legend Guti is being tapped by his former teammate Ronaldo Nazario to take charge of the Real Valladolid team.
As owner of Valladolid, the ‘Fenomeno’ are looking for a new coach after sacking Paulo Pezzolano this week. Diario de Valladolid reports that he is considering appointing his former Merengue teammate to the position.
A possible reunion between Ronaldo and Guti?
Guti has previously coached at Almeria, but in a lower division. He also served as assistant coach at Besiktas. Lately, he has expressed his desire to return to training, but to take care of Real’s reserve team, as he has done in the past.
Valladolid currently occupy last place in La Liga and their chances of remaining are slim. It is therefore possible that Guti is not very enthusiastic about accepting this mission.
